unresponsive maintenance faulty television
i found the air conditioning unit difficult to regulate. it seemed to only have two settings, very cold and off (even though i tried adjusting the temperature). this made the room uncomfortable at times. also, the television in my room malfunctioned and needed repair. i expected more responsive maintenance (i had to call the front desk multiple times).

Acceptable Location. Concerning Smell
pungent sewage odor musty smell
The location is super convenient. A minute's walk to tourist attractions.
The smell was concerning. A pungent sewage odor was obvious in the lobby and the corridor. The musky smell also permeated the corridors leading to the rooms. It's not something I would want to experience again.

wonderful stay!
harbour view professional staff faultless cleaning
i stayed in a harbour view room for five nights. the staff displayed both friendliness and professionalism, going above and beyond to. cleaning staff were considerate and performed faultlessly. the harbour view is special and worth the extra cost.
the musky smell along the corridors leading to my room was a bit noticeable.

fantastic stay!
spacious room coffee facilities comfortable bed
i stayed in a beautiful harbour view king or twin room. the room was spacious. it included cable tv. tea and coffee making facilities were available. the bed had sufficient pillows!!!
the hotel is part of a luxurious shopping complex, and this made finding the entrance initially slightly confusing.

i stayed for several nights. the location is very convenient near attractions like victoria harbour and shopping areas. staff members are friendly and helpful. the room included comfortable beds and was clean.
navigating steps on the ground level lobby with luggage was difficult. this could be improved to provide easier access. i found this inconvenient with my bags.

The hotel's location is great. Harbour City is next door. Rooms are spacious especially when compared with other hotels around. The gym has good equipment and staff are friendly.
